Self-service
The library is not staffed, but staff can be contacted through Ask the Library.
Checking out and returning books
To the left when you enter the library (lower floor through the Norbyvägen entrance), there are self-service machines for borrowing books and a book drop box (emptied once every weekday). This is where you also pick up interlibrary loans and books that you have reserved/were on a waiting list for.
You can extend the loan period of a book at My loans.
Food and drink
Coffee, drinks and snacks are okay, but food is not allowed in the library.

Accessibility
From the entrance on Norbyvägen, there is a door opener and lift for access to the library’s lower floor. There are lifts between the two floors in the library.
