Erik Waller's huge collection of autographs started to be calalogued and scanned during the year 2000. The long process took 8 years.

Since then, the catalogue has been available through several interfaces, among which the CERL Portal. CERL is the acronym of Consortium of European Research Libraries.

From now on, the Waller Manuscript Collection can be searched in Alvin, a digital platform built at Uppsala University Library. Alvin is a tool for both cataloguing cultural heritage collections and making them available online. Its content grows every day and it is used, beside Uppsala University Library, by other Swedish libraries and museums.

Because of the international character of the Waller Collection, the documents have been catalogued and described in English.
